Counting Crows
Just a quick Tuesday note, food and exercise log and what not. Note to myself when you have been awake 7 hours and burned a ton of calories a marathon energy bar and grapefruit wont get you through two hours of volleyball.
Tuesday:
6:45 200 sit-ups
7:35 31 minutes walking the mall
8:30 20 station circuit workout
1 pm 2 hours of volleyball
Breakfast Fiber one bar, whole grapefruit
Snack Snickers Marathon Energy Fiber bar
Lunch Pouch of tuna over salad greens
Dinner two chicken breasts, carrots, pickles, 100 cal pretzels
Just realized that after tonite there will only be 8 meaningful football games left to watch. :( Have a great tuesday!! Peace, Jim

Hey,
that's sounds like a very conservative food intake. I can't match that. I am on my 90 days count down to get to below my return weight from my june/july FR results. It's actually pretty pathatic , but I know I will get there. If I hit my return weight by April 5th, 2 weeks will get me darn close to my goal weight.....
Life is tough - life is beautiful.
take care , everybody

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hungry but I am trying to wrap myself around the whole more, smaller meals concept. I'm not doing so well with that concept but it's a concept :) Your 90 days, is my 60 days with a preceding week in Vegas. The thought of a disapproving Sharon at weigh-in is quite the motivator.
yeah,
don't mess with Sharon, that would not be funner. In my case she probably will not remember me but I am sure you left quite an impression after 11 (?) weeks there.
Will you share your excercise output and food intake or also some "success in numbers"?
Sabine
I'm impressed - I drove to the gym yesterday with every intention of 2 hours of working out -- never managed to get my *ss out the car... I might just have to try mall walking (leaving the CC at home of course)
Hey Sabine,
I refuse to wear one of those watches that count your calories burned. My goal is in the 1500 to 1800 calorie range and atleast an hour of cardio, bunch of sit ups and, whatever else I can jam into the mix. So what I guess I am saying is I have no clue what the numbers are.
Caroline, When I'm walking around the mall nothing is open except the coffee shop and McDonalds and while an egg mcmuffin would be nice it seems somewhat defeatist. Also if you didn't get enough of 65 year olds passing you on walks like you were standing still on the hill at the Ridge, the mall will humble you again.
I think I'll avoid the mall at such an early hour -- honestly if I can't mix the feelings of inadequacy with getting into debt it might just depress me. Enjoy the volleyball - and all the other stuff (and there seems to be a lot of it)!
